The Polyculture area, first established in the 18th century, is adorned this year with a radiant golden hue.
Last spring, sunflowers were sown there, and their blooming now offers a luminous landscape nestled between the estuary’s banks and the prestigious Margaux AOC vineyards.
To mark the occasion, beehives were also installed to welcome our bees, invaluable allies in the pollination of these flowers. They play an active role in preserving this true haven of biodiversity.
Sunflowers, oats, barley, and wheat come together to create a harmonious natural balance, essential to the quality and uniqueness of our wines.
